All six of our teams (Mens Seniors, Development Squad, Colts & Thirds - Womens Seniors and Development Squad) are back on the track after the Christmas break and well on their way to sweating out any holiday lethagy as we move to the next phase of pre-season preparation.

Great numbers too at all levels and I guess that all the coaches will be keen to see competition for positions to drive the intensity and work rate with only a few short weeks until internal practice matches and inter club trial games.

The weather is warm, the players are working their butts off and not long until we see the Green & Gold back in action!
