The Roos women have been fortunate to again have the support of Showtime Boxing and Fitness in Maroochydore, who have been helping the girls get fitter as they prepare for the 2019 season. The girls, who this year will run as a Seniors and Reserves squad in the QAFLW & QAFLW Development League, have been working hard in the off season and are ready and raring to go.
