I hereby apply for membership of the Maroochydore AFC Inc. I acknowledge that by signing this application I will abide by the Maroochydore AFC Inc constitution and by- laws, club policy, and the laws of AFLQ at all times.
Patrons are required to have shirt and shoes on in the clubrooms. Under age patrons must be accompanied by an adult. Intoxicated persons will be denied bar service at the discretion of staff. ID must be provided to be served at the bar.
Smoking is prohibited within 10 metres of the venue perimeter.
The Club holds Public and Product General Liability Insurance of $30,000,000 underwritten by Liberty International Underwriters.
